- Order follow-up activities such as quotation and proposal preparation will be completed within 2 working hours.
- Dispatch details and execution updates will be communicated to the customer before bill payment.
- All orders are executed only after 100% payment is received.
- Any additional terms specific to your order will be clearly mentioned in our proposal or quotation.
- Instructions or corrections given verbally (orally) will not be considered. Only details communicated via email or WhatsApp will be treated as valid.
- Misuse of our communication channels (phone, email, or WhatsApp) is strictly prohibited and may result in blocking of the user.
- Our Cancellation and Refund policies are separately documented on our website.
- Offers and discounts are announced at our sole discretion, and their validity period is determined by Dhyanalinga Enterprises.
- Customer information collected through our website is used solely for business purposes and will not be shared or transferred to any third party.
