Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be sent to lingamdu2018@gmail.com with your order details.
- Only the person who placed the order can request a cancellation.
- Cancellation requests must be raised within 2 working days of order dispatch.
- Once your request is received, our team will respond within 2 business days.
- Orders that have already been delivered cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
- If you are not satisfied with our product due to a genuine reason (damaged, wrong item delivered), we will process a refund after verification.
- Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product as proof.
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original payment account within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will not be applicable for damage caused after delivery or for change-of-mind returns.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
- We currently deliver across India only.
- Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Within Tamil Nadu: 3 to 5 working days
- Other states: 7 to 12 working days
- Bulk or large orders (above 20 pieces): 10 to 20 working days
- Transit/delivery charges are extra and will be confirmed by our team via WhatsApp after your order is placed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural circumstances beyond our control.
